    Very Good For Hair and Skin..

    I have started using it and Have finished 125 Ml I can see my Hair have become Much thicker and Smooth that Before. One observation that I would like to share with all, After consuming it RAW (without Heating) I got little High, and Hangover type Headaches. So I Gently Preheat a Table Spoon and pour oil into it, to let the oil get a little Heated on the temperature of Spoon and Consume it with Hot milk. take takes only 3 to 4 seconds for the spoon to get heated and the oil takes another 5 seconds for the oil to get heated, another way is once it is heated oil with release it Mild Fragrance. Don’t over heat. 3 to 5 seconds is more than enough as per my experience. it is best to Take it before bed..
