Hemp protein pancakes

( makes about 6-7 medium sized pancakes)

•1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp @healthhorizon hemp sativa powder
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup hemp seed milk


• In a bowl, add the all purpose flour, baking powder and Hemp sativa powder
• Give this a good mix
• In another bowl, add the sugar and the hemp seed milk and give it a good mix
• Add the dry ingredients and mix till there are no dry patches
• On a pan on medium heat, add about 1/4 cup of the batter and let it cook on a side till you see bubbles
• Turn the pancake and let it cook for about 1-2 mins
• Stack them up and enjoy with fresh blueberries, some hemp seeds and a dash of maple syrup or honey.
