- 2 ripe frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 cup Milk (dairy or non dairy)
- 2 tbsp Hemp Powder
- 1 big spoon of Hemp Seeds
- Fruits of your choice for garnish
- In a jar, add 1 frozen banana and mango and 1/8 cup milk and the Hemp Seed Powder and blend till everything has blended. Keep this in the fridge.
- In another jar, add the remaining banana and frozen berries and add milk and the Hemp Seed Powder and blend.
- Add both the smoothies to a coconut bowl and top with Hemp Seeds and blueberries or fruits of your choice.
