Protein Ladoo

Ingredients-
1/2 cup roasted Hazelnuts or pistachios
1cup hemp Sativa Nubs/ hearts
1/2 cup jaggery powder
1 tsp freshly grounded cardamom.
Optional - 1tbsp ghee to add an extra rich flavor.

Instructions-
Roast nuts till the raw smell is gone. Let them cool. Once cooled.
In a mixing bowl, add hemp hearts, roasted nuts, jaggery, cardamom. Mix well.
Now slowly add ghee little by a little while mixing. When you can form a ball, stop adding.
Make balls by pressing in hand with fingers.
Enjoy.
